Viewing Your Engagement License Status

To view the details of your firm’s license information, click in the top right of any page. The information you can view includes:

• The number of engagements that your firm is licensed to create
• The number of engagements that your firm has already used
• The number of engagements that your firm still has available
• The end date of your firm's license subscription

For consolidated engagements, each subsidiary is counted as one engagement. The parent company is not counted as an engagement.

To close the Engagement Status pane, click anywhere on the page.

Important: A new feature coming soon will allow your firm to purchase engagements-on-the-fly. When this feature is released, if your firm has reached the maximum number of engagements allowed per its license and a staff member attempts to create a new engagement, the staff member will be presented with the option to order more engagements. If the staff member proceeds with the purchase, the order is processed immediately, and the firm will be billed for the additional engagement on a future statement.
